Create Pivot Table From Multiple Worksheets Excel 2016. On each of the three worksheets select the individual data set and press ctrlt. Suppose the workbook with the two worksheets (jan and feb) is named monthly.

In this example, we want to see monthly values, so we are taking out the column field and we are left with row, value, and page 1 fields. Highlight the cell where you'd like to create the pivot table. On step 1 page of the wizard, click multiple consolidation ranges, and then click next.
